April 14th, 2010Thank you to everyone involved in making the trip to the Youth Conference possible. Thanks to all those that helped out during the Pancake Breakfast as well as everyone that donated time and money on the behalf of our teens. All of you are greatly appreciated!
There were so many other things that we could have been doing on Spring Break this year, but we were so blessed by choosing to spend this time in fellowship with one another, learning and committing ourselves to the teachings of God’s Word, growing closer as a Youth Ministry, and having a whole lot of fun! We followed the sound advice from Ecclesiastes 11:9 and it was only possible because of your love and support.
(Ecc 11:9) Rejoice, O young man, in thy youth; and let thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thine heart, and in the sight of thine eyes: but know thou, that for all these things God will bring thee into judgment.
We are all thankful for the opportunity that we had to attend and we are truly blessed to have such a loving and supportive family here at Berean.

Pancake Breakfast Rescheduled for March 13
February 26th, 2010The “All You Can Eat” Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser for the Youth Dept. has been rescheduled for Saturday- March 13, 2010 from 8:00am to 10:30am.
Prices are $6 for adults and $3 for children under 10. All proceeds/donations will go to the Berean Baptist Church Youth Department to help defray costs of the 2010 activities (Youth Conference/Summer Camp, etc).
